Barbara Bernard is American by birth, but has lived in England since 1971. She studied art in Beloit, Wisconsin. She now works from her studio in Chiswick, London, currently concentrating on painting in oils. She divides her time between London, England and Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, USA. She regularly participates in "Artists at Home", open studios in the Chiswick area over a weekend in June.
